Keeping your contacts informed - automatically
Your contacts are automatically notified of upcoming scheduled work orders, thanks to a new context added to the configured messages for work orders and work order requests. For example, you can send a notification 24 hours before the scheduled start date of a work order, or 48 hours after closing a request to measure the requester's satisfaction.
Plan with confidence
When scheduling a work order for a person, you are alerted if a skill is no longer valid. For example, in the case of an expired certification.

What’s new in task management
Optional task management
A new “Optional” column is now available for prevention maintenance tasks and work orders. It allows you to clearly identify non-mandatory tasks within a work order, offering greater flexibility and precision in managing your operations.
Automatic follow-up intervention if tasks remain!
If some tasks remain incomplete, a new setting now allows you to automatically generate a follow-up intervention. This ensures the continuity of operations without the risk of overlooking tasks or having to re-enter data unnecessarily.

Delivery notes and invoices
Generate a delivery note or an invoice from a sales order by clicking the “Create DN” button.
New portlet
A new “Monitoring if sales orders” portlet is available to monitor order backlog progress.

Sales invoice deposits
Take advantage of new management features for sales invoice deposits.
Opportunities
An “Opportunities” tab has been added to the customer record.
Amount and Price columns
The totals for the Amount and Price columns in the “Purchase Contracts” and “Sales” lists are displayed at the bottom of the lists.
