A new outage prediction portlet, called “Next breakdowns”, is available on the homepage or the 360 page. It provides the estimated date of the next breakdown, equipment by equipment.

What’s new in task management

A new “Optional” column is now available for prevention maintenance tasks and work orders. It allows you to clearly identify non-mandatory tasks within a work order, offering greater flexibility and precision in managing your operations.

If some tasks remain incomplete, a new setting now allows you to automatically generate a follow-up intervention. This ensures the continuity of operations without the risk of overlooking tasks or having to re-enter data unnecessarily.

Keeping your contacts informed - automatically

Your contacts are automatically notified of upcoming scheduled work orders, thanks to a new context added to the configured messages for work orders and work order requests. For example, you can send a notification 24 hours before the scheduled start date of a work order, or 48 hours after closing a request to measure the requester's satisfaction.
